For the Dhoni Fans ....
!!..It was 25th June, 1983 .
India won its debut world cup against West Indies. (Then I was not a part of this world)..!!
It was 24th September, 2007 .
India won against Pakistan , a world cup after 24 years.
It was 2nd April, 2011.
India won another world cup, after 28 years.
I witnessed both the matches ( in 2007 & 2011). And rejoiced after India's glorious years of cricket.
Having a sibling of opposite gender helps a girl to understand cricket a little more. My elder brother , and I used to play cricket a lot during childhood . Infact he taught me how to bat, how to swing a ball and how to deliver pace balls. Since, then I have engrossed myself with cricket.
During that period , I had three favorite cricketers. Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid and Zaheer Khan.
There came 2004 !
Dhoni's era had started. And gradually, I have started falling for this person's helicopter shots and incomparable wicket keeping skills. And I was always being captivated by the commentary "And Dhoni, finishes off in style ! "
Later on he became our "samuhik crush" (mutual crush) in school days.
2007! Might be the year, Indian Cricket Fraternity was waiting to see the best captain ever . Well, Mr Cool raised the expectation mark for every Indian cricket fan a little higher.
IPL came in 2008 ! Since, then I am the fan of "Chennai Super Kings" only. In between , 2016 and 2017 I supported "Rising Pune Supergiants" because, Dhoni was playing for that team .
!! Dhoni and the Consequences !!
The most humble captain of Indian cricket team ever I have seen . Who faces South when aggressiveness is on North. The magical match winner, The cricketer on whom fans can rely upon. His rhythms of long sixes are always a treat to the eyes. His Patience , the quality a leader must have. He plays so well , that people expects from him only?! The real in sense ambuja cement wala "Wall" for me is Dhoni in Indian men cricket team.
If India , lose a match
"Yaar Dhoni k wajah se har gaya match"
(We have lost the match because of Dhoni)
If India, win a match
"Arrey Kya khela hain Rohit ne, kohli ne, usne bhi khela hain, isne bhi khela hain maja aa gaya"
"Hurrah, how well played by Rohit, Kohli and by them, really we have enjoyed the match"
And often the conclusion is : " Dhoni must retire now. Enough is enough. He is the old man playing with the young guys and blah blah what not what not!!!!!! Am I right dear haters? "
Dear haters ,
Before criticising Dhoni you must think of yourself how much you are contributing to your country. Sitting at workplace or at home , posting updates against Dhoni will not make you a hero in cricket or a heroine in Bollywood .
Every time you blame on Dhoni only ! But why? Did he borrow some money from your parents or from you? Or did he sign a contract to make India win in every cricket match? Or did he ever insult your lifestyle? Or is he your stepbrother?
Your answer will be no. Beacause, Dhoni has no time to interfere in your life , he is living his own . Then, why you don't mind your own business ? Everytime, India loses , there is no need to blame Dhoni.
He tried earlier, he tries and he will try forever.
I hate most of the double dealing judges, who blame Dhoni for each match lost.
Dear haters, let him play as he wants to play not as you wish to see him play everytime. Or else, because of your judgements he may lose his rhythm of the helicopter shots !! From
